We are excited to release the renderings for the Stillwater Commons fitness center. The fitness facility will be for tenant use featuring a variety of mixed stations for cardio, weight lifting, and more!
This dedicated space will be a great retreat within Stillwater Commons for our tenants. The space will also feature a bathroom with shower area, along with lockers for convenience.

Stillwater Commons Topping Out
Summit Management held its official Topping Out Ceremony on September 25th, 2018.
Stillwater Commons, the first new office building to be constructed in Stillwater, Minnesota in 14 years held a Topping Out ceremony on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. The temporary placement of a ceremonial tree on top of the highest beam on the structure symbolizes growth and good luck for Stillwater Commons, the Summit Management Team and its owner, Mark Lambert. The team also signed a section of the building’s roof panel, leaving warm wishes for years to come.
Stillwater Commons is set to open February 2019 with approximately 13,500 square feet and home to Summit Management’s new corporate offices, with spaces built to suit other tenant’s needs and style. Stillwater Commons currently has a space on the first floor of 1,350 square feet and 1,626 square feet for lease. The second floor features a spacious 6,749 square feet of continuous space that can be divided depending on tenant needs. The new building will include a large fitness room for its tenants, leased storage space, and an outdoor patio with a barbeque grill.

Summit Management to build new HQ in Stillwater
Summit Management held its official groundbreaking ceremony for Stillwater Commons at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018.
Stillwater Commons is the first new office building to be constructed in Stillwater, Minnesota in 14 years. The new office building will be approximately 13,500 square feet and home to Summit Management’s new corporate offices. Mark Lambert, the owner of Summit Management, noted Stillwater Commons will be a “high-end, professional retail building serving the Stillwater Marketplace and surrounding area.” He hopes to attract both new and current businesses to the new building which is located at 6770 Stillwater Boulevard North on the corner of Stillwater Boulevard North and Croixwood Boulevard.
This contemporary and high-efficiency building will be owner-occupied and include spaces built to suit each tenant’s needs and style. Stillwater Commons currently has two spaces available on the first floor of 1,350 square feet and 1,626 square feet.
